Most of our jobs come from referrals and thats the only scorecard we care about.

We meet you at the property, look at what you actually need, and ask the questions other contractors skip.

Step 2

Detailed bid.

You get a real estimate with the scope spelled out. Commercial bids take time to get right — we’d rather take a couple weeks than send you something we’ll have to walk back.

Step 3

Clear schedule, clear change orders.

You know what’s happening this week and next. If something needs to change, you hear about it from us first — not after the work is done.

Step 4

Punch list, walk-through, done.

We don’t disappear before the small stuff is finished. Final walk-through with you, your sign-off, then we’re out.

Our Story

Two guys who have been doing this their whole working lives.

Professional Contracting LLC is run by Jerry Jackson (Owner) and Kevin Ramirez (Project Manager); a combined 30+ years on commercial and industrial jobsites. We started this company because there is a level of workmanship, communication, and follow-through that is missing in this industry, and we wanted to fix that. We are not the biggest GC in Mobile, and we are not trying to be. We would rather run a handful of projects we can put our name on than fifty we cannot. When you hire us, you get the owners on your project — not a sales rep, not a junior PM, not a subcontractor who has never met us.
